Pharmaceutical producer Syri Ltd has been fined £51,000 and ordered to pay prices of £104,898 by Aylesbury Crown Courtroom following a conviction for supplying a medicinal product which was not of the character or high quality laid out in a prescription.
The prosecution introduced by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) was prompted by an investigation by the Medicines and Healthcare merchandise Regulatory Company (MHRA).
